Callboard

Terms and Conditions

Last updated 8 November 2026 · See also our Privacy Policy.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use Callboard at getcallboard.app. Callboard is run by Callboardapp Pty Ltd (ACN 702 966 676, ABN 50 702 966 676) from Perth, Western Australia. "Callboard", "we" and "us" mean Callboardapp Pty Ltd. "You" means the person using it. You can contact us at support@getcallboard.app.

Please read them carefully. By ticking the box and continuing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Callboard.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we keep and why.

2. Who can use Callboard

You must be at least 18 years old. When you join, we ask your date of birth, and no account is made for anyone under 18. Your answer can't be changed afterwards.

If an account gives a date of birth under 18, or we find that it belongs to someone under 18, we limit it: it can no longer post, message, buy or boost. It can still sign in, sell, send, withdraw and export its wallet, so nothing it holds is lost.

You must not use Callboard where it is against the law for you to do so, or if you are named on a sanctions list or live in a country under Australian sanctions. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Some features may not be offered in every country.

Each person may have one account. If you link an X account, it must be yours, and each X account can be linked to only one Callboard account. Keep your login details safe. You are responsible for what you do on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

3. Your wallet

Callboard sets up a Solana wallet for you through Privy, a wallet provider, and a second wallet for Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum (one address that starts with 0x and works on all four). The wallets are yours. Callboard never takes your coins or money for itself, and only moves them in the ways described below.

Instant trades: so trades go through in about a second, Callboard's server can sign transactions from your wallets for you, through a permission (a "session signer") you give in Privy. With it on, the server signs only: trades you start, the follow-on steps of those trades (such as moving your cash to your 0x wallet before a buy there), and the automatic moves described in section 4 (sending money left in your 0x wallet back to your cash, and keeping a small amount of ETH or BNB there for network fees). It is never used to send your coins or money to anyone else. You can turn Instant trades off at any time with the Instant trades switch; you then approve each transaction yourself, and trades take longer.

Sliding to buy or sell (or pressing the button) approves the transaction and signs it in your wallet straight away. There is no second pop-up from your wallet, so check the coin, the amount and the fee first. Some actions need more than one transaction, for example moving your cash to your 0x wallet before a buy there, or moving a sale's money back to your cash. When you start the action, you also approve these follow-on steps, and your wallet signs them automatically.

Each blockchain is separate. Coins sent to your 0x address on one of those blockchains can only be used on that blockchain. Coins sent on a blockchain Callboard doesn't support may not be reachable in Callboard.

Blockchain transactions are final. Once a transaction is sent, nobody, including us, can reverse or cancel it. This does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for services we provide, such as boosts.

If you lose access to the email or Google account you sign in with, you may lose access to your wallet. You can export your wallet's private key in Settings. Keep it secret. Never share it with anyone, including us. Callboard will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase. Anyone who does is trying to steal from you.

4. Trading and fees

Callboard finds prices and prepares trades using other services: Jupiter on Solana, KyberSwap on Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum, and four.meme for coins still on four.meme's launch curve on BNB Chain. You start each trade yourself, and it is signed in your own wallet (by you, or by Callboard's server for you when Instant trades are on, section 3). Callboard does not hold your coins and never trades without you starting it. To save time, a trade may be prepared as soon as you touch the slider, but nothing is signed or sent until you finish sliding.

You can move money between your own Solana wallet and your own 0x wallet (SOL to ETH or BNB, and back) through Relay (relay.link), a separate bridge service. Callboard's fee on a move is the same as on a trade, shown before you sign, and Relay charges its own fee. If a move can't complete, Relay returns it to your wallet. Moves can take a few minutes and depend on Relay working. When you buy a coin on Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain or Ethereum, it is paid from your cash (USDC in your Solana wallet), or from your SOL if your cash isn't enough: Callboard moves just enough over through Relay first, with no Callboard fee on that move (only Relay's own cost, shown before you sign), and a little ETH or BNB stays in your 0x wallet for network fees. When you sell there, the ETH or BNB you get moves back to your cash automatically in the same way. A little stays in your 0x wallet while you hold other coins on that blockchain, and amounts under $1 aren't moved. If a buy there doesn't go through after your money has moved, the money stays in your 0x wallet as ETH or BNB until you move it back.

So that you have one cash balance, money left in your 0x wallet (USDC, or ETH or BNB beyond what's kept for network fees) is moved back to your cash automatically, usually within a minute or two, through Relay, with no Callboard fee on that move (Relay's own cost applies). It isn't moved while you are in the middle of trading on that blockchain. To keep trades there fast, Callboard may also move a small amount of your cash (a few dollars at most) to your 0x wallet as ETH or BNB for network fees. Moves depend on Relay and the blockchains working, and can sometimes take longer.

Callboard charges a fee on each buy and sell made in Callboard: 0.40% of the trade's US-dollar value, or $0.05 if that is more (never more than half the trade). When a buy on Solana comes from another member's call (you opened it from their call, posted in the last 24 hours), half of that fee is paid straight to the member who made the call, inside the same transaction; this doesn't change what you pay. Premium and invited members' discounts apply as shown before you sign.

On a buy paid with SOL, the fee is added on top of the amount. On a buy paid with cash (USDC), the coin is bought straight from your cash and the fee comes out of the cash you enter, so $10 of cash spends at most $10, fee included. On a sell, the fee comes out of what you receive.

When you sell a coin, the money goes straight into your cash (USDC). If a coin can't be sold straight into cash, it is sold for SOL and that SOL is then changed into cash automatically, with no Callboard fee on that change and up to 1% price movement. A little SOL always stays in your wallet for network fees. If a cash buy can't go straight from cash, your cash is first changed into SOL in the same way, and then the coin is bought with that SOL.

The smallest buy of a coin is $2 and the smallest sell is $2. A buy paid with cash needs at least $2.10, so that at least $2 is bought after the fee. A coin holding worth less than $2 can't be sold in Callboard; it stays in your wallet, and you can still send it. Swaps between SOL and cash have no minimum and no Callboard fee.

Coins launched on Callboard have their own fees instead. While a coin is on its bonding curve, each trade pays a 0.25% curve fee taken in the trade's price (Meteora, which runs the curve, keeps 20% of it and the coin's creator gets the rest), plus a 0.75% launch fee when the trade is made in Callboard: 0.40% to the coin's creator, 0.20% to the member whose call the buy came from (if any), and the rest to Callboard. The creator and caller shares are paid straight to their wallets inside the same transaction; a share too small to open a new Solana wallet goes to Callboard instead. A creator trading their own coin doesn't pay the creator share. Coins launched before 8 November 2026 keep their earlier curve fee of 1%. In the first minutes after a coin launches, the curve fee starts higher (up to 5%) and falls to 0.25%, to discourage bots buying first. After a launched coin graduates, its pool charges a 0.50% fee shared by the creator and Callboard, and trades made in Callboard pay a 0.50% launch fee (0.25% to the creator, 0.20% to the caller, the rest to Callboard). Launching a coin has a launch fee, currently 0.05 SOL. The Solana network also charges small fees. These amounts can change; the fee for each trade is shown before you sign.

On Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum the same fee schedule applies, worked out from the trade's US-dollar value. Buys are paid in that blockchain's own coin (ETH, or BNB on BNB Chain): the fee is added on top of a buy and comes out of the ETH or BNB you receive on a sell, and it is paid in the same transaction. The smallest buy and sell there is also $2. You need a little ETH or BNB on that blockchain to pay its network fee, which can be much higher on Ethereum than on the others. Selling a coin there for the first time needs one extra small transaction that lets the trade service move that coin. Some coins on those blockchains take their own cut (a tax) on every buy or sell; the trade box shows it when it is known.

On those blockchains, Callboard tests each trade before your wallet signs it. If the price has moved, it may allow more price movement and test again, at most twice, up to 8% on a buy or 15% on a sell, plus any tax the coin takes. If the trade still wouldn't go through, nothing is sent.

Coins still on four.meme's launch curve on BNB Chain are bought and sold through four.meme's own contract. There is no Callboard fee on those buys. On those sells, the Callboard fee is taken through four.meme's own fee setting. four.meme also takes its own 1% on both.

Every Callboard fee is shown before you approve. If the fee in the transaction about to be signed is higher than the fee shown, the trade stops before it is signed. The curve fee on launched coins is taken in the price, and the trade box says so.

Prices can change quickly. The amount you receive may differ from the quote, within the price limit Callboard sets for the trade (currently up to 15% on Solana, and as described above on the other blockchains). The trade box shows the least you will get. We cannot promise that a trade will go through.

Buying SOL with a card is handled by MoonPay. MoonPay sets its own fees and may ask for ID. Callboard adds no fee to this.

5. The risks

Crypto coins, especially new and meme coins, are very risky. A coin can lose all of its value in minutes. Some coins are scams, and some cannot be sold at all.

Only use money you can afford to lose. Do your own research before you buy.

A coin's Safety check only reads a few facts from the blockchain and Jupiter (on Solana) or GoPlus Security and the blockchain (on Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum). It can miss things. "Nothing flagged" does not mean a coin is safe.

Callboard also checks coins automatically, for example by testing whether they can be sold (nothing is actually sold). Coins that fail are removed from Callboard's lists, calls and alerts, and coins on Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum are only listed once they pass. These checks can be wrong or late, and a coin can change after it passes.

A removed coin, or one that hasn't been checked yet, can still be found by searching. Its page shows a warning, and you can only buy it after ticking a box to say you understand you may not be able to sell it and could lose all the money you put in. If you choose to buy it, that risk is yours.

A "Callboard verified" label means our team checked who is behind a coin. A green "Jupiter verified", "Uniswap verified" or "PancakeSwap verified" label means the coin is on that platform's own list. None of them is a safety guarantee or a recommendation.

6. Nothing here is financial advice

Callouts, charts, leaderboards, profit and loss figures and share cards, other members' trades, copy buttons, alerts, verified labels, safety checks and everything else on Callboard are for information only. They are not financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell. They do not take into account your goals, finances or needs.

Posts are the views of the members who write them, not Callboard. Past results do not predict future results. No one can guarantee what a coin's price will do.

Profit and loss figures and leaderboards are worked out from on-chain trades. They can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. A copy button only fills in a trade for you; you still check and approve it yourself.

7. What you post

You own what you post. You allow us to show it on Callboard and in link previews and share images.

You are responsible for what you post, send and say on Callboard: calls, replies, direct messages, group and holders chats, voice calls, live rooms, your profile and coins you launch. Do not post, send or say anything that is illegal; sexual content; anything that sexualises children; content that promotes suicide, self-harm or eating disorders; violent or terrorist content; threats, bullying, harassment or hate; scams, fake giveaways, phishing links or requests for anyone's private key or recovery phrase; plans to pump and dump a coin or to mislead other buyers; false claims about a coin; spam; or other people's private information. Do not pretend to be someone else.

If someone pays you, or gives you coins, to promote a coin, you must say so clearly in every post about it.

You can report a post or reply with its Report button, and block or mute other members. We review reports and may remove posts and limit accounts that break these terms. A ban limits social features only. You can still sign in, see your wallet, sell, send and withdraw, unless the law requires us to stop this.

We may report illegal content to the police or other authorities.

8. Launching a coin

If you launch a coin on Callboard, you are responsible for it. Do not launch a coin that copies another coin, brand or person, or that misleads buyers.

Do not promise buyers profits, returns, a share of fees or anything else of value from your coin. Callboard does not approve or back any coin. Its checks and labels (see section 5) are not an endorsement.

A coin's name, ticker and picture cannot be changed after launch.

9. Boosts

A boost is a paid promotion. It shows a coin at the top of Callboard's trending list, with a boosted label, for the time shown when you buy it. Boosts currently cost $60, $240, $420 or $1,890 depending on their size and length, paid in cash (USDC) or SOL. Callboard says that boosted coins are paid promotions.

Coins on Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and Ethereum can only be boosted once they have passed Callboard's scam checks, and removed coins can't be boosted.

A boost does not change a coin's price, market numbers or Safety check. It is not a recommendation from Callboard, and it does not promise any price move.

We may refuse or end a boost for a coin that breaks these terms, for example a scam coin. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply to boosts.

10. Other services

Callboard relies on other services, including Solana, Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain, Ethereum, Privy, Jupiter, KyberSwap, Relay, Meteora, four.meme, MoonPay, GoPlus Security, Cloudflare, X, GIPHY and data providers. Their own terms also apply when you use them through Callboard. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for their outages or mistakes.

11. Your information

Our Privacy Policy explains what we keep, who we share it with and your choices. We do not sell your personal information.

Other members can see your profile, including your balance and its chart, your profit and loss, your holdings and your recent buys and sells, worked out from your Callboard wallets' whole history (including trades made outside Callboard). Coin pages list the members who hold that coin, and the people who follow you can see your trades and may get alerts when you buy. We don't show your wallet address to other members.

Your wallet addresses and their transactions are public on their blockchains. Anyone can see them there, and they cannot be deleted.

12. Changes and availability

We may change or pause parts of Callboard, for example to fix a problem, protect members or follow the law. If we pause buying, selling stays available. If a change affects you in a big way, we will tell you first when we can. Your coins always stay in your own wallet, and you can export it and use it elsewhere.

We may update these terms. We will show you the new terms and ask you to accept them before you continue. If you do not agree, you can stop using Callboard and delete your account.

13. Our responsibility

We will run Callboard with reasonable care and skill, but we cannot promise it will always work or be free of errors.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses from trading or price changes, coins that fail, are scams or cannot be sold, what other members post, other services, or problems on the Solana network or the other blockchains Callboard supports.

This does not limit our responsibility for losses caused by our own breach of these terms, our negligence or our misleading conduct. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or other laws, that cannot be removed.

14. Ending your use

You can stop using Callboard at any time. Your wallet stays yours, and you can export it first.

You can delete your account in Settings (Delete account). This permanently removes your profile, posts, replies, chat and direct messages, pictures, follows, watchlist, alerts, notifications and badges. It does not touch your wallet or the coins in it. We keep only records we need to keep, such as payment and fee records, which terms you accepted, and moderation records. Your username is held for 30 days so nobody else can take it straight away.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or if the law requires it.

15. Problems and complaints

If something goes wrong, please tell us first. Use Help and support in Settings, email support@getcallboard.app, message @callboardstaff on Callboard, or contact us on X at x.com/callboardapp. You don't need a Callboard account to email us.

Help messages and support emails are answered first by an AI assistant, which can make mistakes. It can't change your account, move money or decide on refunds or complaints. Anything it can't solve, or if you ask for a person, goes to our team, who usually reply within 24 hours. We aim to resolve complaints within 30 days.

You can report seriously harmful online content to Australia's eSafety Commissioner at esafety.gov.au.

16. The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. This does not stop you from using any court or tribunal the law allows, including a consumer tribunal where you live.
